Refund Policy
Kindly note that we do not accept cancellations and have a no change of mind policy.
Prior to dispatch, we check all items to ensure there are no product faults, however, if you received the wrong product, faulty product or a product has been damaged, please get in touch as soon as you can. As soon as we receive your product back to our facility and have it assessed, our team will organise a replacement or refund.
Please note;
All items must be unused, in original packaging & returned within 30 days from purchase. Buyer to pay for return postage.
For all Buy Now Pay Later options (such as Afterpay orders) there is a 10% fee due to the fees we incur for our customers to use these options.
How to prepare for your return

- Provide Order Confirmation showing your purchase from Hoppy Beauty
- Provide evidence in the form of video preferably, or photo's to support your claim and state whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund
Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable. We understand there can be matters outside our control, however we do ask that you return your product within 30 days of purchase.
