Shipping Costs
Standard shipping from our Sydney warehouse has a flat fee of $8.95.
Express Post from our Sydney warehouse is available for a flat fee of $15.95 (please note that this is not currently available).
AusPost prioritises Express Post, however at certain times, they can not guarantee next day delivery due to potential delays. Such times include holidays or during promotional periods, please note that dispatch time frames may be extended.
For larger orders, your order may arrive in multiple packages but will be shipped at the same time.
Processing time & Shipping time
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:- Dispatch timeframes may vary during holiday or promotional periods.
- Processing time from our Sydney warehouse: Order verification, quality check and packaging. We aim to dispatch orders the same day if the order has been placed by 10am or next day if the order has been placed after 10am (AEST).
Tracking
Tracking is provided for all orders and will be sent to your email address where you can also opt in to get tracking via SMS.
